32 weeks and counting...

Had our 32 week doctor visit today. Was a little anxious, because at my last appointment Dr. told me I was carrying big and that if the trend continued, it might be because I was carrying too much fluid. AND, if that was the case, it might mean bed-rest. That made my blood run a little chill, as being in bed (I can't believe I am saying this) is the place I enjoy being the very least right now. Today, however, he said she is measuring exactly where she should be. YAY! Also had a moment when the nurses were conferring over my glucose level, and whether I might need to take the 3 hour glucose test, but then I remembered the brownie that was part of my lunch, and told them. Thank goodness!

I was also down .5 lb. since my last appointment 3 weeks ago. Go figure, over the Thanksgiving holiday, no less. Once again. YAY me!

About Me

My photo
I am a killer softball player, and I have a spontaneous soul. I love to walk outside in my socks, I think because we were all told when we were young to not go outside in our socks, and now I buy my own socks. Some of the simple things in life that bring a quick, easy smile to my face are: finding a funky new font, little shoots of green pushing their way through the dirt in spring, driving through BIG, DEEP puddles and putting Bugles Snacks on my fingers and pretending that I have long fingernails.
